Pressure Cooker Egg Roast | Nadan Mutta Roast

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Nos. Boiled eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger and garlic Crushed
  • 4 Nos. Green chillies
  • 3 Nos. Onion Sliced
  • 1 No. Tomato Large
  • Few Coriander leaves Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam masala
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut oil
  • Salt as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cut all the veggies and keep it ready.
  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add crushed ginger garlic and green chilly. Saute for 30 seconds.
  • Then add sliced onion.
  • Add chopped tomato.
  • Add masala powders and salt as required. Combine well.
  • Pressure cook for 3 whistles. Cut the boiled eggs into 4 pieces.
  • When the pressure is released, add boiled eggs into it. Mix it and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Tasty and easy pressure cooker egg roast is ready now.
