Instructions
Cut all the veggies and keep it ready.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add crushed ginger garlic and green chilly. Saute for 30 seconds.
Then add sliced onion.
Add chopped tomato.
Add masala powders and salt as required. Combine well.
Pressure cook for 3 whistles. Cut the boiled eggs into 4 pieces.
When the pressure is released, add boiled eggs into it. Mix it and cook for 2 minutes.
Tasty and easy pressure cooker egg roast is ready now.
