Ingredients
- Egg : 3 nos -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Ginger : 1 inch piece -
- Garlic : 3 cloves -
- Shallot : 3 nos -
- Coriander powder : 1 tsp -
- chilly powder 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder : ½ tsp -
- Garam masala : ½ tsp -
- Curry leaves : 1 spring -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : 1 tsp -

Instructions
- Stir until it gets slight brown. Then add tomato and stir well.
- Add coriander powder and stir for 1 minute then add chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt .
- Add little water and curry leaves to it.
- Stir well.
- Transfer to the serving dish and serve hot with poori, chappathi or puttu .
