Spicy Tomato Sevai | Thakkali Sevai

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Rice Sevai / Iddiyappam
  • 1 No. Onion
  • 2 Nos Tomato
  • 1 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Handful Mint and Coriander
  • 1 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
  • 2 Nos. Green chilli
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 Tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Chop onion, mint and coriander. Grind tomato.
  • Put rice Sevai in hot water and drain after 10 minutes. Keep this aside.
  • In a pan, add oil and saute onion well.
  • Then add green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Cook for 2 mins.
  • Add coriander and mint. Mix.
  • Then add tomato puree and cook in low flame
  • Add all powders and mix well. Cook until raw smell goes.
  • Now add rice sevai and combine all well. Cook for 2 mins. and turn off the flame.
  • Now Spicy Tomato Sevai is ready to serve.
