Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Kg Beef
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut oil
  • Few curry leaves
  • 1 Cup Shallots
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger and garlic Crushed
  • 2 Tbsp Kashmirichillypowder
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • Salt as required

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a a pressure cooker and add curry leaves, shallots, ginger and garlic. saute for one minute.
  • Add cleaned beef into it.
  • Add masala powders and salt as required.
  • Mix well with your hand.
  • Pressure cook it for 7-8 whistles or until done.
  • Tasty and delicious Ulli Mulak Beef is ready now.
