Oil for frying
For marinating:-

Instructions
For preparing salad:- Sprinkle salad with some salt and add 1 tsp olive oil and mix well.
For preparing kebab:- 1)Marinate chicken with spices listed: chilly powder, coriander powder, gingergarlic pastes, turmeric and required salt for 5 - 10 minutes.
Fill the pita with salad, chicken, sliced onion and yogurt in layers.
Homemade chicken kebab is ready.
Doener kebab is very famous in eastern Europe. Actually its an Iranian dish. This is not the exact recipe as I have made an easy version of it. They actually grill chicken with seasoning.
You can use chappathi instead of pita and fill in with chicken and all and roll to make a kebab roll.
