Spicy beef and liver fry

Ingredients
- Beef & liver - 250 gm
- Onion - 2 nos
- Coriander leaves(As reqd) -
- Garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Green chilly - 3 nos
- Tomato - 1 ½
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 3/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Cook the beef with tomato, turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and 1 cup water.
- Heat oil in a clay pot and splutter cumin seeds in it.
- Add onion and sauté it again for 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, coriander leaves and green chilly. Sauté again.
- Add cooked beef and masalas.
- Cook it for 10 minutes on low flame or till the water evaporates.
