  • Cut nendhram kai`s peel into small pieces.
  • Splutter mustard, Bengal gram and curry leaves in oil.
  • Add onions and saute.
  • Add the chopped kai peel and mix well.
  • Add little turmeric powder and salt to taste and mix.
  • Add little water to cook the content.
  • Cover and cook for 5 mins.
  • When it`s done, add grated coconut and mix well.
