  • Marinate the chicken pieces in a mixture of red chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala and salt.
  • Heat oil in a clay pot and add the marinated chicken along with garlic and curry leaves. Cover and cook for 10 -15 minutes in medium flame. Stir occasionally.
  • Tasty and delicious chicken pot fry is ready now.
