- Choora meen - 250 gm
- Ginger(sliced) -
- garlic - 25 nos
- green chilli - 3 nos
- Small onion - 10 nos
- Grated Coconut - 1/2 part
- Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
- Corriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Salt(for taste) -
- Coconut oil - 4 tbsp
- Kodampuli - 3-4 pieces
- Curry leaves -

Instructions
- For preparing Choora Meen Curry, first make a smooth paste of grated coconut, chilli powder, Corriander powder, Turmeric powder adding required amount of water.
- Cook until done.
- Then heat oil in another pan and add small onion and curry leaves. Fry till the onion changes to brown color.
- Add the same to the kadai and remove from fire. Choora meen curry is ready.
