Ingredients
- Beef - 500 gm
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Red chilly powder(preferably Kashmiri chilly powder(preferably Kashmiri chilly powder) - 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies(half sliced) - 2 nos
- Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin powder(Jeerakam) - 1/4 tbsp
- Beef masala - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 1 stem
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Marinate beef with all the masalas and keep aside for 20 minutes.
- Pressure cook the beef until almost done.
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Add curry leaves and then add cooked beef.
- :- Do not add the stock.
- While frying, add green chillies and saute until it turns brownish black.
- :- You can have it like this if you prefer dry fry or else you can add the stock and cook for 5 more mins.
