Spring rolls are a large variety of filled, rolled appetizers or Dim Sum found in East Asian and Southeast Asian cuisine.

  • For the Filling:Chop onion, carrot, capsicum and green chilies.
  • Add the above ingredients to the heated oil and sauté well.
  • Add boneless chicken cut into small pieces into the above mix. Again sauté well. Season it with salt and pepper.Filling is ready. Keep it aside.
  • For the pancake:With 2 cups of Maida add 2 tbsps. Of corn flour into it. Pour egg liquid into it and mix it well.
  • Now pour it on a heated pan to make it in a round shape.

  • Make it according to the illustrated picture.
  • Now dip these rolls in the egg liquid and roll it on the bread crumbs.
  • Well now the rolls are ready to be fried. :DYummy ? .. Serve hot with tomato ketchup
