  • 2 1/2 cups idly rice.
  • 1 cup whole urad dal with skin
  • 1 tblsp uluva/fenugreek
  • 2 tblsp Cooked rice


  • Soak and grind the ingredients separate. Mix well and ferment. Before you make dosa add 2 tbsp of milled flax seeds.Flax seeds are high in omega 3 fatty acids.
