Ingredients
- medium potatoes, grated - 2
- fresh coriander leaves, chopped(A bunch) -
- jeera / jeerakam - 1 tsp
- Green chillies (chopped) - 2
- asafoetida / hing / perungayam - 1 pinch
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- besan / bengal gram powder / kadala mavu - 1 to
- Salt(to taste) -

Instructions
- Grate the potatoes and add the other ingredients in. Mix welll. Make into flat patty shapes on palm of hand and shallow fry in a wide pan until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve the tikkis with ketchup. Tastes best when really hungry!
