- Potato boiled: 2 -
- Green Peas : 1 cup -
- Ginger chopped : 1 tsp -
- Coriander leaves chopped: 2 tsp -
- Onion minced: ½ cup -
- Green chilli minced: 2 -
- Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp -
- Somp [perumjeerakam] powder: ½ tsp -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Peel the boiled potatoes and mash them very finely.
- Boil the green peas and grind.
- Combine with all the ingredients, mashed potatoes, grind green peas, salt,turmeric powder, minced onion. minced green chilli, chopped coriander leaves and somp powder. Mix well.
- Divide into 10 equal portion. Take each of this mixture make a ball. Now gently flatten each ball into a patty of about ½ inch thick.
- Serve hot with chutney
