- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Shallots - 5 or
- Green chillie - 3 nos
- Curry leaves -
- Salt -
- Oil -
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp

Instructions
- Chop beans to fine pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.Add chopped shallots , curry leaves, green chillie and saute for few minutes.
- Add turmeric powder and saute for another few minutes.
- Add chopped beans , enough salt and cook it closed for 15 minutes.
- Serve it with rice.
