- Besan: 1 cup -
- Red chilli powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp -
- Coriander powder : ½ tsp -
- Capsicum: 1 small finely shredded -
- Onion finely chopped : 1 medium -
- Carrot shredded: 1 small -
- Spring onion green chopped: ½ tbsp -
- Some coriander leaves finely chopped -
- Salt to taste -
- Water for batter -
- Oil – 2 - 3 tsp

Instructions
- Put besan in a bowl. Add small quantities of water to make a smooth batter, so that there should be no lumps in it.
- Add chilli powder. turmeric powder,coriander powder, carrot, capsicum, spring onion green,chopped onion and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.

- Add water till it comes to be a dropping consistency or just like dosa batter.

- Let it be brown and crispy from both sides. Repeat the same method with rest of the batter.Serve hot.
