Instructions
- Cut the bread slices in round shapes.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Add soya sauce, if desired.
- Fry, till it gets cooked.
- Take a bread piece and put little water in the middle and press lightly.
- Fill in the middle with a little masala and a little cheese.
- Seal the edges using beaten egg.
- Repeat the process for the remaining bread slices.
- Pour a little oil in a tava.
- Fry the masala side first and then turn to cook the other side.
