Tasty fish fried in very little oil
Instructions
- Clean the fish and make 2 - 3 small cuts across the fish on either side by using a knife.
- Marinate it with chilly powder, black pepper powder, salt and olive oil and keep it in the fridge for atleast an hr.
- Take a baking pan and place the fish in it.
- Broil high in the upper rack of your oven for 20 mins.
- Turn side and broil for another 20 mins.
- :- Serve with rice or it can be eaten as it is.
