Broiled Cat Fish Tasty fish fried in very little oil 1 no Whole cat fish (skin removed)1/4 tsp Black pepper1/2 tsp Chilly powderSalt (As reqd)1/4 tsp Olive oil Clean the fish and make 2 - 3 small cuts across the fish on either side by using a knife.Marinate it with chilly powder, black pepper powder, salt and olive oil and keep it in the fridge for atleast an hr.Take a baking pan and place the fish in it.Broil high in the upper rack of your oven for 20 mins.Turn side and broil for another 20 mins.:- Serve with rice or it can be eaten as it is.
