- Chakka kuru( jack fruit seed ) - 15 nos
- Pacha manga(raw mango ) - 2 no
- green chilli - 4 nos
- Shallots - 8 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/ 2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Grated Coconut - 1/4 cup
- Mustard - 1/ 4 tsp
- Dried prawns - 3 tbsp
- Coconut oil - 3 tbsp
- Curry leaves -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Pressure cook the chakka kuru with turmeric, chilli powder, green chillies, required water and salt.
- Roast the dried prawns and powdered it or crushed it.Add this to the curry, stir it.When the curry starts to boil, switch off the flame.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan, splutter mustard, fry chopped shallots,dried red chilli, curry leaves and pour this into the curry.
- Enjoy chakka kuru manga curry with boiled rice.
