- boneless chicken 500g -
- finely chopped onion 2 -
- chopped tomato 2 -
- curry leaves 1 cup -
- black pepper seed 2 tsp -
- cumin seed 2 tsp -
- Ginger garlic paste : 2 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Red chilli powder : 1 tsp -
- coriander powder : 2 tsp -
- Grated coconut : 1/2 cup -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : 4 tsp -
- water if needed -

- clean and wash the chicken and dry the water and add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix it
- marinate for half an hour
- in a pan fry the curry leaves with out oil
- in the same pan fry the cumin seeds, black pepper seed and coconut
- make a fine paste with fried curry leaves, cumin seeds, black pepper seeds and coconut
- now add tomato and fry for 2 mins
- now add marinated chicken and mix it
- now add the curry leaves paste and mix well, if required add salt
- now curry leaves chicken masala is ready, serve with rice
