Ingredients
- Egg - 2 nos
- Coconut - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Onion(chopped into small peices) - 2 tsp
- Shallots(Kunjuli) - 1 no
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Black Pepper Powder(A pinch) -
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- In a kadai splutter mustard seeds.
- Add chopped onion.
- When the onion is fried add turmeric powder and salt.
- In a mixer, crush the coconut, green chillies, shallot and curry leaves.(This should only be lightly crushed).
- Add this to the kadai. Mix for a minute in low flame.
- In a bowl beat the eggs with salt, turmeric powder and pepper powder.
- Pour this to the kadai.
- Stir well and make it to an egg burgi consistency.
- Serve hot with rice.
