- Green chillies(finely chopped, Thai) - 1 no
- Curry leaves(finely chopped) -
- Ginger(finely chopped) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Fresh grated coconut - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- For preparing Fluffy Omelette, first take a medium sized bowl and knead onions with salt lightly, using your hands.
- Add curry leaves, green chillies, turmeric powder, ginger, grated coconut and beaten eggs.
- Mix lightly and keep aside.
- Heat oil on a medium-low heat, in a pan.
- Pour the prepared omlette batter, cover the skillet and let it cook.
- :- Use a spatula to turn the omlette.
- Remove Fluffy Omelette from the pan, when lightly brown on both sides.
