Ingredients
- chicken 1/2 kg -
- onion 2 no. -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- Red chili powder : 2 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- lemon or vinegar 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- oil 5 tsp -
- TO GRIND -
- cinnamom small piece -
- cumin seed 1 tsp -
- clove 4 no. -
- pepper seed 1/2 tsp -
- coriander seed 3 tsp -
- Coconut : 1 cup -
- Coriander leaves : to garnish -

Instructions
- in a bowl add chicken , red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and lemon and mix it and marinate for 10 mins
- in a pan dry fry the cinnamon, cumin seed, clove, pepper seed, coriander seed and coconut
- grind it and make fine paste
- add chopped tomato and mix it and allow to cook for 2 mins
- add masala paste and mix it
- add one glass of water and allow to cook the masala
- add marinated chicken and mix it
- add 4 glass of water and allow to cook
- allow to cook until the chicken get cooked and water get dry and masala becomes thick
- now goragh special chicken is ready, garnish with coriander leaves
