- Kallumakaya(New Zealand Green Mussels) - 1 kg
- Turmeric powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
- Salt -
- Coconut oil - 1 tsp
- Water(little) -
- Oil(enough for frying) -
- Coconut oil(for frying) - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Clean mussels (check the video).
- Mix Turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt, coconut oil and little water. Apply to kallummakaya and Keep it for 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil with coconut oil in a flat pan.
- When it is hot enough add the mussels and fry it. When one side is cooked enough flip it.
- Fry the mussels until it is little cripsy.
- Enjoy the Kallumakkaya Fry
