  • For preparing Kerala Easy Garlic Chutney, first heat oil in a pan. Stir in sliced onion and garlic cloves.
  • Saute till onions are browned. Add red chillies and saute for a few seconds. Remove pan from fire.
  • Add tamarind and required salt. Allow mixture to cool.
  • Blend the ingredients in a mixer to a smooth mixture adding a few drops of water if necessary.
