Kerala Nadan Konju Fry - Big head Prawn fry is a delicacy in kerala. This konju fry is available in toddy shop and it is really tasty. Konju look nice with the big head and the long blue legs. This big head prawn fry has a regular marination but at the end it is flavored with garlic, curry leaves and green chillies. The fried garlic gives this dish a mesmerizing taste. Ingredients
- Konju - 2 numbers
- Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper powder - 1 teasponn
- Salt(to taste) -
- garlic - 4 numbers
- Curry leaves - 2 stem
- Green chillies - 3 number
- Coconut oil(Enough to fry konju) -

Instructions
- Take 2 Konju (prawns)
- Clean konju by cutting the top shell.
- Press on the side of the head of prawn to clean it. All the waste will come out.
- Then remove the vein from the top
- Mix all the powders in water. Keep it thick.
- Apply the paste to the prawn and keep it for 15 minutes.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the prawns in it. Turn the side when one is almost done.
- When konju is 75% cooked, add curry leaves, green chillies and garlic. Please make sure garlic do not get burned. it should be crispy.
- Enjoy the Kerala Traditional konju fry with rice.
