Kerala Spring Onion Thoran
Kerala Spring Onion Thoran is a typical kerala style curry prepared with spring onions and coconut. It goes well with rice.
Ingredients
- 250 gm Spring onion
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
- Salt for taste
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 4 tbsp Grated coconut
- 3 nos Unakka mulaku
- Curry leaves
Instructions
- Cut spring onion into small rounds, then add oil to pan, Add turmeric powder, unakka mulaku, curry leaves ,sourte well.
- Then add spring onion to the same, sourte well, add salt, finally add the grated coconut and cook till the colour of spring onion slightly change. Spring onion thoran ready.
- Enjoy the Kerala Spring Onion Thoran.
