Ingredients
- Fish - ½ kg
- Ginger - ½ inch
- Curry leaves(As reqd) -
- Tamarind - 3 nos
- Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Coriander powder - ½ tsp
- Fenugreek - ½ tsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat water and add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and tamarind. Make a nice paste and keep aside.
- Heat oil and add fenugreek and mustard.
- Add onion, ginger and curry leaves.
- Add the paste to this.
- Cover it and cook on low flame till the fish is done.
- :- Fish curry is ready to be served with hot rice.
