Kerala Tuna Roast Dry tuna roast within 10 minutes 1 no Tuna (tinned)2 nos Onion (chopped)1 no Tomato4 - Green chillies5 nos Garlic pods1 tsp Mustard seedsCurry leaves (A few)Coriander leaves (A few)2 tbsp Cumin powder (Jeerakam)1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1 tbsp Red chilly powderOilSalt (As reqd) Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds and when they crackle, add curry leaves.Add the chopped onions, garlic, green chillies and salt and saute it well.Add chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves and saute it for 2 minutes.Add the fish without water and cook it for 2 minutes.Add cumin powder, red chilly powder and turmeric powder and cook it well fo 7 to 10 minutes.Switch off the stove.Garnish with coriander leaves.:- Serve with roti and rice. Hi, I`m an Indian living in Seattle, U.S.A. I tried the Tuna roast for the first time & it came out extremely good!
I didn`t like this recipe mainly for the fact that u said to put 2 tbls of fenugreek…that was too overpowering and that`s all I tasted.

it is good. actually it is 2 diff dishes..if u do till step 5 it is delicious sandwich mix. Do 6 if u want tuna roast..Tastes good.. thanks.
