- Lamb Liver 1/2 kg -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- green chili 2 no. -
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- red chili powder 1/2 tsp -
- coriander masala 1 tsp -
- pepper 1/4 tsp -
- Grated Coconut : 2 tsp -
- Coriander leaves : to garnish -
- curry leaves 10 no. -

Instructions
- in a pan heat the oil and add onion green chili and curry leaves and saute ti for 5 minutes
- add tomato, salt and turmeric powder and mix well and allow to cook for 2 minutes
- wash and clean the liver and chop into small pieces
- add red chili powder, coriander masala and pepper and mix well
- add lamb liver and mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes
- now add required water for lamb to get cook well
- lamb liver masala is ready to serve. garnish with coriander leaves
