- fish 1 kg -
- Coconut grated : 1 cup -
- tamarind paste 1/2 cup -
- shollots 1 cup -
- Garlic – 7 - 8
- Red chilli 4 . -
- dhania powder 4 sp -
- Salt -
- chilli powder 2 sp -
- dhania 2 sp -
- turmeric 1/2 sp -
- fenu greek 1/2 sp -
- cumin seeds 1/2 sp -
- mustard 1/2 sp -
- curry leafs few -

Instructions
- saute shallots, red chilli and cumin seeds
- add dhania powder and grind it to gether
- in a kadai saute fenu greek, cumin seeds, mustard,shallots, curry leafs
- add tomatoes and ground paste
- add tamarind juice and boil it throughly
- when oil separates grind coconut with a pinch of cumin seeds grind them and add to gravy
- when the gravy thickens add fish pieces to it simmer for 5 mins and turn off.
