- Sardines(cut and cleaned, Matthi) - 6 nos
- Onion(medium) - 1 no

- Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Garlic pearls - 4 nos
- Tamarind(A lemon sized ball, Puli) -

- Raw mango(big) - 1 no

Instructions
- Add another 1 1/2 cups of water.
- Cook till little thick.
- Add sardines and cook till done.
- Add curry leaves and green chillies.
- Pour coconut oil and remove from fire.
