- grated paneer 1/4 cup -
- Egg 4 no. -
- Grated carrot 1 tsp -
- Finely chopped onion : 1 no -
- Finely chopped Green chili 1 no. -
- Finely chopped curry leaves 1 tsp -
- finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp -
- black pepper powder 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : as required -

Instructions
- In a bowl add egg, grated paneer, onion, green chili, carrot, coriander leaves, curry leaves, black pepper powder, salt
- Mix well
- Heat the tawa and pour the mix and cook by applying oil for 5 mins in low or medium flame
- turn the side and cook for 5 mins
- Now paneer omelette is ready
