  • Grated paneer 1/4 cup
  • egg 4 no.
  • Grated carrot 1 tsp
  • finely chopped onion 1 no.
  • Finely chopped Green chili 1 no.
  • Finely chopped Curry leaves 1 tsp
  • finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp
  • black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required


  • In a bowl add egg, grated paneer, onion, green chili, carrot, coriander leaves, curry leaves, black pepper powder, salt

  • Mix well

  • Heat the tawa and pour the mix and cook by applying oil for 5 mins in low or medium flame
