An evening time snack for kids who love pappadam

Ellu

Asafoetida powder
Kayaam

Pappadam
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing pappada vada, make a paste by mixing rice powder,
salt
, chilly powder, asafoetida and
sesame seeds
with required
water
.
Heat
oil
in a frying pan, dip pappadam in the above mixture and put into hot
oil
.
Press frequently to get crispy pappadams. Fry till it become a golden brown.
Pappada vada is ready. Serve as a snack.
