Instructions
- For preparing Quick Crispies, first slice bread into fingers, triangles or any shape you fancy.
- Heat oil in a kadai or a pan.
- Coat the bread slices with the batter and deep fry to a golden brown color.
- Drain the crispies on a tissue paper to absorb unwanted oil.
- :- Serve hot with tomato sauce or coriander or mint chutney. :- The crispies are crunchy and tasty and are not soft like buggies.
