- Egg(hard boiled and peel off their shells) - 5
- Onion - 2
- Tomato - 3
- Green chilly - 3
- Shallots - 5
- garlic - 1 clove
- Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(little) -
- Curry leaves(little) -
- Salt(to taste) -

- Take all the ingredients and keep aside
- Add tomato,green chilli and saute again for 3-4 minutes
- Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt and saute until the raw smell goes off
- Add water,curry leaves,coriander leaves and let it boil
- When it starts boil,cut the egg into two pieces and add into it. cook it till the gravy gets thicken
- Remove it from flame and serve hot
