Instructions
  1. Take all the ingredients and keep aside

  2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard in it,when it starts spluttering add shallots and garlic into it.fry it for a minute and keep aside.

  3. Heat oil in a pan,add onion and saute until it becomes soft and light brown in color.

  4. Add tomato,green chilli and saute again for 3-4 minutes

  5. Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt and saute until the raw smell goes off

  6. Add water,curry leaves,coriander leaves and let it boil

  7. When it starts boil,cut the egg into two pieces and add into it. cook it till the gravy gets thicken
