Ingredients
- chicken (sliced into small pieces) 1kg -
- sesame oil 4 tablespoon -
- oyster sauce 4 tablespoon -
- Cinnamon: 1 -
- garlic (sliced finely)* 6 -

- thick soy sauce 4 tablespoon -
- ground black pepper 1 tablespoon -
- Half cube chicken cube (optional) -
- Scallion -
- Corn starch/flour (optional) -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Heat the pan and add the sesame oil
- After 2 minutes, add chicken, oyster sauce, black pepper, soy sauce, chicken cube and salt
- Let it simmer for 20 minutes
- After 20 minutes, check the consistency of the gravy and salt
- If you need a thicker gravy, mix one table spoon corn starch/flour into 1 cup of water and pour on your chicken
- Serve with scallion dashed on chicken
