- snakehead fish 1/2 kg -
- baby onions 1 cup -
- Tomato 2 -
- red chili powder 3 sp -
- coriander powder 4 sp -
- ginger garlic 2 sp -
- tamarind paste thick 3 sp -
- Salt to taste -
- mustard 1sp -
- fenugreek 1 sp -
- cumin seeds 1 sp. -
- Curry leaves(few) -

Instructions
- wash the fish finely
- add tomatoes, red chili powder and coriander powder, cook for few minutes and grind it.
- heat oil add fenugreek, mustard, cumin and curry leaves
- now when the raw smell goes add fish pieces to it.
- bring this to boil and serve.
