Ingredients
- Onions(medium) - 2 nos
- Carrot(sliced) - 1 no
- Cucumber(sliced, small) - 1 no
- Tomato(remove seeds, medium) - 1 no
- Coriander leaves - 1 cup
- Chilli pepper(optional if you want spicy) - 1 -
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice - 2 -

Instructions
- Cut onions, carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes into small pieces.
- Add coriander leaves, chilli peppers, salt, cumin powder, lemon juice and chilli powder.
- Mix everything well.
- :- Serve with any rice and enjoy!

A friend of mine from Indonesia used to make a similar salad, but she would add also add small pieces of apple which is a really nice addition.
