Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos. Eggs
  • Salt as reqd
  • 1 no. Green chilly
  • 1 no. Tomato
  • 1 no. Onion
  • Coriander leaves Few

Instructions
 

  • Chop all the veggies.
  • Beat the eggs along with chopped veggies till you get a frothy mixture.
  • Add salt as required and mix well.
  • Heat a medium sized pan and melt one tablespoon of butter. When butter is melted pour beaten egg mixture.
  • Immediately place one piece of bread onto the egg mixture. Sandwich Bread or Milk Bread can be used to make this recipe. Cook for few seconds.
  • Flip the whole egg-bread toast, without braking it. Fold it towards the center. Place few cheese slice pieces on top of it.
  • Place another bread slice on its top. Toast the bread thoroughly on both sides using butter. You can also use ghee or oil to roast. You can also use a toaster to toast the bread slices.
