Tuna Burgi An easy, hot and spicy tuna mix 1 can Canned tuna (in water or oil)2 nos Onion (sliced, big)1 no Tomato (chopped into small pieces, small)4 nos Green chillies (split)1/2 tsp Turmeric powder2 tsp Chilly powder3 tsp Coriander powderSalt (As reqd)Coconut oil/Sunflower/Olive oil Seive the tuna and drain off the water or oil. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and fry, until it becomes light brown. Add chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt.:- Add very little salt since the canned tuna is already salty. Mix well and fry for a few mins, till the spicy smell comes out. Add green chillies and sliced tomato.Mix well and fry for a few mins. Add tuna and stir well.Keep it on the flame again for a few mins. :- Serve with rice, chappathis and wraps. Kerala
