- Idly Rice - 2 1/2 cups
- Whole Urad Dal(with skin) - 1 cup
- uluva/fenugreek - 1 tblsp
- Cooked rice - 2 tblsp

Instructions
- Soak and grind the ingredients separate. Mix well and ferment. Before you make dosa add 2 tbsp of milled flax seeds.Flax seeds are high in omega 3 fatty acids.
