Ingredients
- 1 cup(potato steamed,peeled and mashed) -
- ½ cup(soya granules, soaked and squeezed) -
- ½ cup(paneer grated) -
- ¼ cup(finely chopped ginger and green chilli) -
- ½ tsp(roasted cumin powder) -
- ¼ tsp(amchur powder [dried mango powder]) -
- 1 tbsp(chopped coriander leaves) -
- Salt to taste -
- Enough oil for deep fry -

Instructions
- Roughly grind the squeezed soya chunk.
- Lightly roll the balls in bread crumbs or corn flour. Deep fry the balls, few at a time till golden brown.
- Serve with favorite sauce.
