- Boneless Chicken - 200 gm
- Ginger Paste - 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
- Chilly powder(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Gram flour(Kadalapodi) -
- Oil for frying -

Instructions
- Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces.
- Mix the pieces with ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, chilly powder and turmeric powder.
- Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
- Add gram flour or besan to the marinated chicken pieces and mix well.
- Heat oil in a wide pan or kadai.
- Fry the chicken pieces, until they turn golden brown.
- Add a little lemon juice for taste.
- :- Serve hot as a snack or with rice.
