  • Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces.
  • Mix the pieces with ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, chilly powder and turmeric powder.
  • Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
  • Add gram flour or besan to the marinated chicken pieces and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a wide pan or kadai.
  • Fry the chicken pieces, until they turn golden brown.
  • Add a little lemon juice for taste.
  • :- Serve hot as a snack or with rice.
