Andhra Chicken Pakoda Chicken Pakoda 200 gm Boneless chicken2 tbsp Ginger paste2 tbsp Garlic pasteChilly powder (As reqd)Salt (As reqd)1/2 tsp Turmeric powderGram flour(Kadalapodi)Oil for frying Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces.Mix the pieces with ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, chilly powder and turmeric powder.Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.Add gram flour or besan to the marinated chicken pieces and mix well.Heat oil in a wide pan or kadai.Fry the chicken pieces, until they turn golden brown.Add a little lemon juice for taste.:- Serve hot as a snack or with rice.
