Antipasto Antipasto 1 cup Ripe olives1/4 cup Green olives (finely chopped)1 cup Pickled onions (finely chopped)1/4 cup Cooking oil1 no Green pepper (finely chopped, small)1 cup Cauliflower (finely chopped)2 1/4 cups Ketchup12 oz Mixed pickles (finely chopped)1 lb Cooked mushrooms (finely chopped)7 oz Canned tunaLemon juice Salt (As reqd)Pepper (As reqd) Put the olives, onions, oil, green pepper and cauliflower in a saucepan and bring to a boil on a medium heat. Simmer for 10 mins.Add ketchup, mixed pickles and cooked mushrooms.Return to a boil and then simmer for 10 more mins. Stir often so that the mixture does not stick. Add tuna.Remove from heat and chill for several hours. Add a little lemon juice, if you would like it a bit sharper. Add salt and pepper to taste.Heritage Cookbook American
