An authentic dish from Malabar made with Arrowroot(Koova)
Instructions
- Add jaggery cubes.
- Transfer the whole thing into a heavy bottomed flat vessel.
- Cook on medium flame, till the mix thickens, stirring all the while.
- When the halwa starts thickening to a translucent texture and leaves the sides of the pan, transfer it to a flat dish greased with 1 tbsp of ghee.
- Allow it to cool.
- Cut into shapes of your choice.
