  • Boneless chicken pieces: 250 gm
  • 7 Baby corn: 5
  • Pepper powder: 1 ½ tap
  • Corn flour: 3 tsp
  • Egg: 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Other Ingredients
  • Onion chopped: 1 large
  • Red capsicum chopped: 1 medium
  • Yellow capsicum chopped: 1 medium
  • Green capsicum chopped: 1 medium
  • 3 Green chilli chopped: 2
  • Garlic chopped: 1 tsp
  • Spring onion chopped [optional]
  • Red chilli sauce: 1 ½ tsp
  • Vinegar: 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauces: 1 tsp


  • Take a bowl add chicken pieces, egg, baby corn,[ slit and cut] salt, pepper powder,and corn flour. Mix well.

  • Fry chicken pieces and baby corn corn flour separately.
  • Enter Step
  • Remove into the tissue paper. Heat oil in a kadai add chopped onion and chopped green chilly and chopped garlic,fry for 2 minutes. Then add red, yellow and red capsicum and salt. Fry for few seconds.
  • Enter Step
  • Add chilli sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar. stir well. Add fried chicken and baby corn. Mix well with all the ingredients.
  • Remove into a serving dish and serve hot
